Summary

Join FOLX Health as a passionate and experienced leader to lead the Product and UX Design teams, ensuring a best-in-class member experience. You will develop and execute the company's vision, strategy, and roadmap, providing management and support to team leads. Collaborate with stakeholders to manage prioritization, champion member requirements, and partner with engineering for roadmap execution. Make data-driven decisions, optimize internal products, and report on progress. This role requires extensive strategic roadmapping experience, leading and scaling product teams (preferably in healthcare), and exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements

  • Extensive strategic roadmapping experience
  • 7+ years leading and scaling product teams, preferably in the healthcare sector
  • 10+ years experience in product management
  • Experience in healthcare and/or healthcare technology
  • Passion, experience and/or genuine interest in LGBTQ+ healthcare
  • Proven experience and passion for managing or collaborating on time sensitive, urgent, and high-pressure situations as they arise
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to navigate through unexpected challenges in an ambiguous and fast paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

  • Lead the FOLX Product and UX Design teams, ensuring a best in class member experience
  • Develop and execute on the FOLX vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Provide management and day to day support to Product and Design team leads
  • Partner with COO and other stakeholders to manage prioritization, as business needs and requirements shift and evolve
  • Champion stakeholder requirements in service of FOLX members
  • Partner closely with engineering leadership to execute on the roadmap
  • Make data-driven decisions that align with business initiatives and goals
  • Work cross functionally across member backing teams to optimize internal products for operational success
  • Assess and report out on progress against metrics, escalating risks and/or opportunities to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with team leads across the business to build partnerships, implement new products and processes and enable continuous improvement

Benefits

  • Salary: $210,000 - $225,000
