Requirements
- 15+ years in product management β both organic, partnering and acquisitions
- 10+ years managing senior individual contributors and other leads/managers
- Worked at C-level or reported to C-level in an organization of $100M+ in revenue
- Mixture of small company (<$100M) and large company (>$1B) experience
Responsibilities
- Drive portfolio planning and resource investment rationale across a broad portfolio of products and alignment with other company execs in finance, sales, professional services and support
- Establishing a corporate pricing and packaging strategy, including product led growth
- Drive key use-case/technology initiatives (e.g. SaaS, AI, Platforms, etc) across multiple product lines
- Driving requirements and building enterprise infrastructure software products and services
- Developing strategic plans to accomplish technical as well as business objectives with product management, exec leadership and your team members
- Coaching, mentoring and developing best talent
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA
- Computer Science or Engineering background
- Corporate strategy and M&A experience
- Rationalizing complex, disparate pricing models into a rationale strategy
- Onboarding products to public cloud marketplace
- Instituting a product-led-growth initiative
- Prior career experience working at a DDI or Network Observability/Performance Mgt company
