  • Experience in the domains of procurement, supply chain, or enterprise FinTech
  • Experience building deep customer relationships at the Executive level
  • 6+ years of management experience in building and scaling product management teams
  • 8+ years of experience as a practitioner of product management at a B2B company
  • Demonstrated track record managing and scaling teams with an established ability to hire and coach people at multiple levels
  • The ability to collaborate with stakeholders and synthesize many inputs into a crisp roadmap

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy - defining and advancing the strategy for bringing new products to market
  • Leading and Growing the Product Management Team - recruiting, mentoring, and developing our team of Product professionals
  • Product Roadmap and Prioritization - developing and communicating a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs
  • Product Champion - owning communication strategies for our Arkestro team (including the Executive team), our customers and our partners to ensure we create the right level of visibility and awareness
  • Customer Insights - capitalizing on insights from our customers, prospects, and the procurement marketplace. Building a data-driven Product organization. Working with the sales and customer-facing teams on significant customer opportunities
