Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or marketing tech, with a track record of hitting and exceeding revenue goals
  • 5+ years leading sales teams, including coaching mid-level and enterprise reps
  • Deep understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem or adjacent digital marketing spaces
  • Strong analytical skills and fluency in pipeline metrics, forecasting, and sales operations
  • Comfortable owning both strategic vision and day-to-day execution
  • Strong communicator and motivator with a passion for building teams and culture

Responsibilities

  • Own the Sales Strategy: Define and lead our go-to-market and sales strategy, focusing on pipeline growth, win rates, and revenue acceleration
  • Lead from the Front: Actively participate in key deals, help close strategic opportunities, and serve as a coach and partner to reps across the sales funnel
  • Build and Develop the Team: Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team that consistently meets or exceeds targets
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Expand our customer base across mid-market and enterprise segments, identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and enter new markets
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align on messaging, feedback loops, and product-market fit
  • Create a Performance-Driven Culture: Set clear KPIs and sales processes that enable accountability, consistency, and ongoing improvement
  • Analyze and Adapt: Monitor pipeline health, conversion metrics, and forecasting accuracy to continually refine our approach and improve results
  • Stay Close to the Market: Bring back insights on buyer behavior, competitive dynamics, and trends in the influencer marketing and SaaS space

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling into marketing teams and CMOs is a plus
