This remote role is crucial to the finance team, managing all aspects of revenue calculations, collections, and payouts. You will communicate with advisors and operations on billing setups, execute monthly and quarterly bill runs, calculate and process advisor payouts, and coordinate fee billing reviews. The position requires strong organizational and mathematical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with accounting and payroll software. Success involves accurate and timely bill runs and becoming the go-to person for revenue collections and payouts.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and mathematical skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding financial matters
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Basic formulas, Lookups, Pivot Tables)
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Familiarity with accounting, payroll, and banking software (Rippling/Mercury)

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Advisors and Operations on billing setups
• Execute monthly and quarterly bill runs, ensuring accuracy
• Calculate and process advisor payouts
• Coordinate fee billing reviews with the advisory team
• Prepare and process multiple payrolls and payroll corrections
• Manage the relationship with our third-party accounting team
• Process expense reimbursements for employee expenses

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Orion, Schwab, and Fidelity
• Strong orientation toward following established processes and procedures
