Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of three years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or billing specialist role
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Support Specialist or in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems
  • Strong organization, time management, and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines at a given time
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills – you have the ability to communicate and present effectively, thoughtfully, and on your feet with various types of audiences
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth software company where change is a constant
  • Self-starter, ability to determine task urgency, execute detailed action plans, and assist with high-quality outcomes
  • Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Salesforce, Zoom, and other computer software programs
  • Able to function independently, as well as collaboratively with other team members
  • Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Upselling customers on Essentials to Complete or Concierge
  • Sending and chasing DocuSign agreements, requiring calling and emailing customers
  • Monitoring different systems (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.) and reports to pull the right information then send out DocuSign requests
  • Working on other projects such as payroll migration, data-sharing agreements, tracking customer elections, etc
