Requirements

  • 5+ years of experince in creating modern, user-centric websites that align with brand strategy and drive business goals
  • Advanced-Expert proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, auto layout, prototyping. Knowledge of variables is a plus, but not required
  • Strong portfolio showcasing modern, responsive web designs and real-world project work
  • Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable creating high-level conceptual work as well as production

Responsibilities

  • Design web interfaces using Figma
  • Collaborate with UX researchers, developers, and product managers to translate user needs and business objectives into compelling designs
  • Collaborate with Copywriters and SEO to create balanced, cohesive, and performance-driven designs
  • Develop and maintain consistent design systems and component libraries in Figma
  • Conduct design internal and client-facing reviews and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions
  • Stay up to date on the latest web design trends, usability best practices, and Figma features
  • Ensure designs are AA-AAA accessible, pixel-perfect, and aligned with brand guidelines
