This full-time, remote position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience designing engaging websites and creating approximately 100 interactive designs monthly. Proficiency in Figma and a strong understanding of design principles are essential. You will design and prototype websites and landing pages, apply design principles, ensure designs align with client brand guidelines, and create UI elements. Market knowledge of the US market and excellent communication skills are crucial for collaborating with team members and clients. A portfolio showcasing at least 20-25 completed website design projects is required.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in web design, with a portfolio showcasing at least 20-25 completed website design projects
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Figma, including Auto Layout, prototyping, and component usage
• Design Expertise: Strong understanding of design principles, including color, typography, and wireframing
• Market Familiarity: Knowledge of current trends and standards in the US market
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design choices effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Creative problem-solving abilities and proCreate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma to effectively communicate design ideas

Responsibilities

• Design & Prototyping: Create and iterate on website and landing page designs using Figma, including expertise in Auto Layout, prototyping, and component creation
• Design Principles: Apply principles of color theory, typography, and wireframing to craft visually appealing and effective designs
• Project Execution: Ensure that all designs align with the client's brand guidelines and overall aesthetic
• Create visually appealing graphics, icons, and other UI elements
• Maintain consistency in design across all web pages and applications
• Market Knowledge: Utilize knowledge of the US market to inform design decisions and tailor designs to meet client needs and preferences
• Communication: Collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Clearly articulate design decisions and provide constructive feedback
