Summary

Flight3 is seeking a Web Developer Project Manager to join their team. The role requires project planning, management, UI/UX oversight, and freelancer management. The ideal candidate has experience in using project management software, strong communication skills, time management abilities, and proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design projects.

Requirements

• Demonstrable professional experience as a Web Developer Project Manager or in a similar role. Proven track record of managing web projects from concept to delivery. Expertise in using common project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, JIRA, Clickup is our preferred project management tool). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Exceptional time management, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to create and maintain detailed project documentation, Gantt charts etc
• Proficiency in Figma for overseeing UI/UX design projects

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Management: Set budgets, scopes, and timelines for web projects. Create detailed project plans, lead team meetings, write project status reports, address bottlenecks, host project recap meetings, present final web projects to executives and clients, manage client aftercare
• UI/UX Design Oversight: Oversee the development and delivery of UI/UX designs, ensuring alignment with project goals and user-centered design principles. Collaborate closely with internal and external UX/UI teams
• Freelancer Management: Source and manage freelancers to support project delivery, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to project budgets and timelines

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Web3 technologies and their integration into digital projects. Previous experience working in a marketing or digital agency setting. Experience with UX/UI design principles and collaboration with design teams. Graphic design skills
