Summary
Join Move Supply Chain and More Staffing as a proactive and versatile Web Developer to optimize our websites for performance, automation, marketing, and conversion. You will maintain and manage WordPress websites, suggest and implement improvements, collaborate with design and content teams, and ensure seamless user experience. Responsibilities include building landing pages, conducting QA testing, monitoring analytics, managing tools and integrations, and providing documentation. This remote, project-based role requires 10 hours per week and involves working independently and asynchronously. Success will be measured by the number of improvement ideas suggested, website uptime and load speed, task completion rate, QA success rate, and engagement in cross-team syncs.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with WordPress (Wix knowledge a plus)
- Strong understanding of HubSpot integrations, including forms and automations
- Knowledge of web performance optimization (load speed, SEO, responsiveness)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and tools like PageSpeed Insights
- Basic front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Excellent troubleshooting and QA abilities
- Clear communication and the ability to work independently and asynchronously
- Experience using project/task management tools (ClickUp preferred)
- Suggest 2+ improvement ideas per month related to SEO, UX, or automation
- Maintain 99% uptime and sub-3 second load speed for key pages
- Complete 95% of assigned tasks on time
- Deliver updates with 90% or higher QA success rate
- Engage in at least 90% of cross-team syncs or provide timely async updates
- Ensure all integrations are secure, functioning, and well-documented
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the WordPress websites for both brands, ensuring they remain functional, optimized, and aligned with business goals
- Proactively suggest and implement improvements to site performance, design flow, navigation, and SEO
- Build and update landing pages, lead capture tools, and campaign-related content in collaboration with the marketing and content teams
- Conduct QA testing and troubleshoot issues across devices and browsers
- Monitor analytics and user behavior to identify areas for optimization
- Manage tools, plugins, and integrations—especially HubSpot forms and automations
- Maintain fast load speeds, mobile responsiveness, and a smooth user experience
- Provide documentation and SOPs for website updates and tools used
