Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience as a Web Developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React
  • Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, or Python
  • Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
  • Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design
  • Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in agile development environments

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications, ensuring functionality, performance, and scalability
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to create user-friendly, visually appealing websites and applications
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to industry best practices
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues across the application lifecycle
  • Stay up to date with emerging web development technologies and frameworks
  • Implement web performance optimization techniques and ensure cross-browser compatibility
  • Manage version control systems and participate in code reviews to ensure quality
