Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Web Developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, or Python
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
- Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design
- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in agile development environments
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications, ensuring functionality, performance, and scalability
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to create user-friendly, visually appealing websites and applications
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to industry best practices
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across the application lifecycle
- Stay up to date with emerging web development technologies and frameworks
- Implement web performance optimization techniques and ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Manage version control systems and participate in code reviews to ensure quality
