Web Development Intern

Summary

Join CALSTART, a mission-driven organization focused on transportation decarbonization, as a Web Content Intern. You will execute content updates across multiple websites, collaborating with designers and developers. The internship involves developing at least one deliverable, such as a landing page or back-end element. You will work with front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), WordPress, and GitHub. The hourly pay is $16-$21. CALSTART offers generous benefits to full-time employees.

Requirements

• Proficiency in front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with WordPress development and GitHub
• Communicating complex topics to non-SMEs, attention to detail
• Student or recent associate/bachelor's graduate in Web Design, Web Development, Computer Science, Information Technology or similar

Responsibilities

• Execution of content updates for: californiahvip.org , californiacore.org , electricschoolbusnetwork.org , zeroemissiontrucks.org , calfleetadvisor.org , cleantransitnetwork.org , chargeatwork.org , ridecleanmass.org , massfleetadvisor.org , calstart.org
• Collaborate with web team on landing page development, wireframe reviews, and other web-development related tasks
