Web Game Producer in Germany

Summary

SOFTGAMES is looking for an experienced Web Game Producer to manage the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the web browser version of their successful multi-platform game SOLITAIRE HOME STORY. The candidate will be responsible for managing a small team of developers, ensuring the game's success on the open web, and collaborating with various teams. They should have 3-5 years of experience in Game Production or related roles, strong web games experience, significant experience running a title in the F2P games industry, excellent analytical skills, and be comfortable managing remote teams.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years experience in Game Production, Product Management, or related roles in the F2P games industry
• Strong web games experience
• Significant experience in running a title in the games as a service space - preferably in the casual games genre
• Understanding of User Acquisition KPIs and parameters
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making
• Comfortable and experienced with interacting and engaging remote teams
• Expert project- and team management skills, software development methodologies and tools, such as JIRA, Git or similar

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that a game already thriving on different platforms achieves success in the open web as well
• Roadmap and feature prioritization
• Monitoring, analysis and data driven decision-making
• Managing LiveOps, in-game events and sales
• Collaborating closely with our BI and UA
