Summary

MixMob is hiring a remote Game Producer with at least 4 years of experience in production roles in the games industry. The Game Producer will collaborate with the Game Direction to manage day-to-day tasks, deliver high-value user stories, and ensure project scope is being adhered to. They will also identify and evaluate risks, improve overall quality, and facilitate communication across teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience working in production roles in the games industry
• Experience using MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools in a production environment
• Demonstrated ability to produce project results
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Strong project management skills
• Demonstrable and effective verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Game Direction to assist with managing the day-to-day
• Deliver on high-value user stories from concept to post-launch
• Assist in steering production toward tangible milestones and ensure project scope is being adhered to
• Take ownership of development areas and routinely coordinate progress and updates to schedule timeline
• Identify and evaluate risks, and troubleshoot communication with dependent teams
• Improve overall quality by evaluating builds and verifying acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with Game Design to implement essential game data into Playfab, and other tools in a production environment
• Facilitate communication across the development team and other departments
