Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-3+ years of experience in web production or related field
• 1-3+ years experience with AEM or other CMS
• Proficiency in content management systems and digital asset management
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams and external partners
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder only

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation, update, and maintenance of web pages across our digital platforms
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure all web content is accurate, relevant, and optimized for user engagement
• Implement SEO best practices to improve content visibility and searchability
• Manage multiple web projects simultaneously, from conception to launch
• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) and external agencies to gather requirements and assets
• Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met
• Use UX/UI best practices to create visually appealing and user-friendly web layouts
• Implement web design best practices to enhance user experience and engagement
• Conduct regular audits of web content to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Test web pages for functionality, performance, and consistency
• Address or route any issues or bugs promptly
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in web production
• Propose and implement improvements to our web production processes and standards
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities as needed
