You will work closely with the marketing team to implement web strategies, manage website development projects, and collaborate with internal teams across multiple markets. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in web project management, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of CRO, lead generation strategies, and digital marketing
  • Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, preferably HubSpot
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • You’re fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the performance of multiple B2B websites, ensuring a seamless experience that maximizes conversion rates and form submissions
  • Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels on the website to maximize lead generation, upsell and cross-sell
  • Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize website elements, user experience and conversion rate
  • Monitor website performance using analytics tools (GA) and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement web strategies that support acquisition, lead nurturing, and upselling efforts
  • Manage website development projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams across multiple markets to ensure website consistency and effectiveness
