Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web project management, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of CRO, lead generation strategies, and digital marketing
- Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, preferably HubSpot
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- You’re fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Oversee the performance of multiple B2B websites, ensuring a seamless experience that maximizes conversion rates and form submissions
- Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels on the website to maximize lead generation, upsell and cross-sell
- Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize website elements, user experience and conversion rate
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools (GA) and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement web strategies that support acquisition, lead nurturing, and upselling efforts
- Manage website development projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with internal teams across multiple markets to ensure website consistency and effectiveness
