Web UI Designer

Summary

Join our team as a Web Designer/UI Designer and lead the design and optimization of Squarespace websites for our Medspa clients. You will be responsible for creating high-converting, user-friendly websites, collaborating with marketing and development teams, and implementing best practices for UX/UI design and SEO. This fully remote position requires 2+ years of experience in web design with a strong Squarespace focus and a proven portfolio showcasing your skills. You will need a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, SEO, and A/B testing. The ideal candidate will also possess experience working with marketing teams and familiarity with various analytics tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in web design with a strong focus on Squarespace
• Proven portfolio showcasing website designs that prioritize user experience and conversion
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, layout design, and branding
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and deliver high-quality designs with minimal guidance
• Experience in building scalable website templates for multiple businesses
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and performance optimization
• Experience working with marketing teams to align web design with business goals
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing tools

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead Web Designer, responsible for creating and optimizing Squarespace websites for clients
• Develop clean, modern, and high-end UI designs that align with the Medspa aesthetic
• Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure seamless website experiences
• Implement best practices for UX/UI design, usability, and mobile responsiveness
• Optimize websites for conversion rate optimization (CRO), SEO, and user engagement
• Create landing pages, web components, and template designs that can be scaled for multiple clients
• Conduct A/B testing to refine designs based on user behavior and performance metrics
• Maintain brand consistency across all website elements
• Ensure Squarespace sites are properly integrated with marketing tools, including tracking pixels, CRM, and analytics
• Stay updated on the latest web design trends, UX best practices, and Squarespace updates

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Medspa, beauty, or luxury brand industries
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (not required but a plus)
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for wireframing and UI mockups
• Experience with integrating third-party tools into Squarespace
