Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or a relevant advanced degree is preferred
  • Web3 AI guru: Always on top of all the developments happening in the Web3 AI space
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a similar strategic role within Web3 AI companies
  • Proven experience in forming strategic alliances with AI companies and other Web3 projects
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Airtable, Notion) is required
  • Ability to travel at short notice to represent the company at various industry events and conferences

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to drive Web3 ecosystem growth within the AI space
  • Identify and engage with potential partners, including AI companies, blockchain projects, and other stakeholders in the Web3 ecosystem
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and new partners
  • Manage and optimize multiple business development channels to activate and maintain partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, technical) to create and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and contracts
  • Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Airtable, Notion) to maintain accurate records of client interactions and track the progress of partnership initiatives
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities to inform and adjust strategic decisions
  • Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and other networking opportunities, including participating in speaking panels and workshops
