Summary

The job is a product development and operations role at Inkitt, a high-growth startup that leverages AI to discover and publish books. Requirements

• Have 4+ years of relevant full-time experience in a high growth start-up environment taking on operations or business operation roles
• Are excited to work on 0 to 1 projects at an early stage startup
• Are a clear and superb written and verbal communicator
• Have exceptional data analysis skills and business / operational acumen
• Set and communicate a clear, compelling, and consistent vision

Responsibilities

• Design and execute product prototypes and tests in partnership with the CEO and Chief of Staff
• Make key investment tradeoffs to ensure cost-effective testing and stage-gates
• Drive launch schedule and development roadmap
• Own product development and strategy to ensure product-market fit, traction, and growth
• Refine current learnings and customer insights into an actionable go-to-market strategy
• Refine a financial model and projections in support of the go-to-market strategy
• Own core business operations, including P&L and legal management
