• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a project lifecycle
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and oversee projects across multiple departments, aligning them with organisational goals
• Develop project timelines, set milestones, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met
• Schedule meetings, document decisions, and track follow-up actions
• Coordinate teams and foster effective cross-department collaboration
• Manage tools and systems to monitor project progress and performance
• Organise and support the execution of key initiatives, such as product and partnership launches

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with product development, marketing strategies, or partnership processes is a plus
