• Proficient in modern design and prototyping tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• A robust grasp of user-centered design principles, especially as they apply to the Web3 paradigm
• Outstanding communication skills in English
• Ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Craft and evolve user interfaces that resonate with the intuitiveness and aesthetic appeal required for Web3 applications
• Engage in rigorous user research, including interviews and usability testing, to deeply understand and address the nuanced needs of Web3 users
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs, articulating your visionary concepts to stakeholders and team members
