My Mountain Mover
Summary
Join My Mountain Mover's Support Team as a remote worker and contribute to the design and development of our websites and landing pages. You will be responsible for creating user-centered designs, building and maintaining WordPress websites, optimizing conversion rates, managing brand assets, and collaborating on content and indexing strategies. This role requires 3+ years of experience in WordPress website design and development, a portfolio showcasing conversion-focused designs, and expertise in HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and Gutenberg/Elementor workflows. A solid understanding of technical and content SEO and AI content indexing is also essential. The company offers a monthly base pay with incentives, HMO with dependent coverage, paid US holidays, PTO, sick leaves, performance and referral incentives, and annual team-building events.
Requirements
- You design with intent: always thinking about how to move users toward conversion, how to communicate brand trust, and how to ensure your site performs—both for humans and algorithms
- You understand how to organize and tag content so it’s discoverable by AI models and voice search, not just crawled by Google
- 3+ years of experience designing and developing WordPress websites for companies
- Portfolio of strategic, conversion-focused designs you’ve personally built and managed
- Expert in HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and Gutenberg/Elementor workflows
- Solid understanding of technical and content SEO and how AI systems evaluate and index content (structured data, metadata, clarity)
Responsibilities
- Create clean, modern, and brand-aligned designs across all MMM digital properties, including the client-facing site, the virtual assistant recruitment site, and future internal platforms
- Translating business objectives into intuitive, user-centered layouts that reflect MMM’s premium healthcare brand
- Designing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD
- Optimizing for key UX principles: clarity, accessibility, navigation flow, and device responsiveness
- Crafting page structures that drive measurable actions, such as contact form submissions, lead magnet downloads, or VA applications
- Collaborating closely with the Marketing & Sales teams to ensure visuals enhance messaging and support the intended customer journey
- Build and manage front-end development in WordPress using Gutenberg or Elementor, with light custom coding as needed
- Translating approved designs into high-quality, responsive web pages
- Maintaining and updating existing pages to reflect campaign launches, design enhancements, and brand updates
- Ensuring high performance and fast page load times through code cleanliness, media optimization, and plugin governance
- Troubleshooting layout, responsiveness, or UX issues across browsers and devices
- Managing website backups, staging environments, and minor technical SEO elements (like alt tags and metadata)
- Play a hands-on role in improving user engagement and lead flow through structured experimentation
- Developing A/B or multivariate test variants for key pages, CTAs, form layouts, and navigation paths
- Using data from Hotjar, Google Analytics, or other heatmap/conversion tools to inform design decisions
- Partnering with the Sales & Marketing teams to identify friction points and drop-offs in the funnel
- Continuously iterating on page designs to improve both client conversions and virtual assistant applications
- Documenting and analyzing test results to guide future design iterations
- Uphold and evolve the MMM brand across all web touchpoints through thoughtful design and asset creation
- Designing branded components such as icons, custom illustrations, infographics, and CTA buttons
- Maintaining a scalable, web-ready component and style library within WordPress or your design system
- Ensuring visual consistency across MMM’s various sites, landing pages, and digital channels
- Supporting campaign-specific needs such as banners, promotional graphics, or microsites
- Partnering with the Marketing team to ensure visual cohesion across paid, social, and email channels
- Help structure MMM’s web content in a way that serves both traditional SEO and AI-driven tools (like ChatGPT, Bard, or voice assistants)
- Applying best practices in semantic HTML, header hierarchy, and internal linking for SEO and discoverability
- Implementing structured data (schema markup, FAQs, job postings, etc.) to increase visibility in AI-powered summaries and featured snippets
- Collaborating with marketing assistants to format high-intent copy that aligns with chatbot and NLP recognition patterns
- Monitoring emerging trends in AI search indexing and adjusting page structure accordingly
- Ensuring MMM’s online presence is future-ready—structured to rank on Google and show up in AI chat results when healthcare providers ask, “Where can I find a great virtual assistant?”
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing content for AI chatbot indexing, such as FAQ structuring, schema markup, and semantic clarity
- Familiarity with Elementor Pro, WP Engine, Kinsta, and AI-enhanced tools like Jasper or Surfer
- Background in healthcare, staffing, or recruiting websites

- HMO with dependent coverage
- Paid US Holidays, Cumulative PTO, and Sick Leaves
