Website Designer And Builder

Summary

Join UENI's growing team as a creative and detail-oriented Website Builder! You will build websites for small business clients using third-party builders like Wix. Passion for design and experience with CMS platforms are highly valued. Prior Wix experience is a plus but not required; the focus is on your ability to learn quickly and build appealing, user-friendly websites. This is a full-time position, five days a week, with flexible hours within your local time zone. Top performers are rewarded with promotions, remuneration progression, and performance bonuses. Only candidates based in Central/South America will be considered.

Requirements

• Strong design instincts and experience with branding, layout, and web aesthetics
• Familiarity with Wix, WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms
• Great eye for detail, typography, spacing, color, and user journey
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work across various industries and business types
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• English (C1/C2 level or Advanced)
• Written content creation experience with SEO knowledge
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS
• High school diploma required
• Portfolio or examples of past work (even personal projects)

Responsibilities

• Build and publish websites for small businesses using platforms like Wix, based on customer needs and preferences
• Work closely with internal teams to interpret customer input and deliver beautiful, functional sites
• Adapt templates and customize content, layout, design, and interactivity
• Apply good design principles to create engaging, conversion-friendly user experiences
• Balance speed and quality to meet tight turnarounds while maintaining strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Wix experience
• Knowledge of JavaScript basics
• Degree in Marketing, Web Design, UI/UX, or similar
• Experience with small business or eCommerce clients
