Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and create high-quality, professional, hospitality websites for customers using the in-house website builder
  • Manage website onboarding projects and service delivery timelines for multiple accounts
  • Manage all records and maintain all task management systems related to website service delivery
  • Directly work with and communicate effectively with diverse customer profiles through video calls, emails, and voice calls
  • Collaborate with a team of website designers to deliver websites on time
  • Assist with website service scoping or questions from potential customers
  • Investigate website errors or support issues; research and suggest website service improvements
  • Manage internal escalations and coordinate with internal teams to provide website onboarding updates or resolve customer concerns
  • Onboard customers effectively and publish quality websites efficiently by following internal standard procedures and collaborating with a team of website designers
  • Use graphic design tools to create visual elements aligned with customers' branding
  • Research and develop content to build websites quickly
  • Provide genuine customer service to customers worldwide
  • Resolve and handle customer complaints
  • Stay up-to-date with website trends and development techniques effective in engaging consumers
  • Handle multiple deadline-driven pressures
  • Participate in developing website service improvement processes and projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of Website Design and Development experience
  • 1+ HTML and CSS experience
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Canva
  • Experience with CMS such as WordPress or Drupal or Duda
  • Background in customer service or professional services onboarding
