Website Engineer

Summary

Requirements

• You’re a strong designer and frontend engineer, and are proficient in Figma and Next.js
• Experience in web design with excellent visual, UI, motion, and interaction design skills
• You have a portfolio showcasing web design projects and your ability to craft compelling web experiences for marketing websites
• You’re proficient in Figma, Adobe’s Creative Suite, and other design tooling
• You’re familiar with modern frontend design libraries and frameworks, like tailwind, framer-motion and others
• You have an ability to think creatively about ElevenLabs’ web and brand presence

Responsibilities

• Design and implement beautiful, intuitive marketing pages that align with the ElevenLabs brand
• Optimize marketing pages to drive engagement and conversions
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering and Growth to ensure cohesive end-to-end web experiences
• Design and implement web assets and interactive demos that enhance usability and engagement
• Execute and iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and tools to ensure that our website is best-in-class

Preferred Qualifications

Strong copywriting skills and a working knowledge of SEO
