Summary

Requirements

  • 3 years of Customer Service experience
  • Some level of understanding of WordPress, with ability and willingness to learn more, including but not limited to complex functionalities
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact for customers purchasing Standard WP and Premium WP plans, ensuring a seamless and supportive website building experience
  • Conduct comprehensive consultations and reviews to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations
  • Assist customers through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, text messages, and chats, maintaining a high standard of professional and effective communication
  • Offer expert-level guidance on WordPress and its functionalities, ensuring customers can leverage the platform to its full potential
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of services
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web design and development to provide cutting-edge advice and solutions
