Summary

Join Carl Friedrik, a travel and leather goods brand, as a Wholesale Coordinator. Support the wholesale and partnerships function by processing orders, managing partner data, supporting deliveries, and coordinating day-to-day operations. Maintain accurate records, prepare sales materials, organize sales data, and coordinate partner onboarding. Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth partner experiences and assist with trade shows. Identify and support improvements in operational processes. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience in a relevant role, strong organizational skills, and Excel/Google Sheets proficiency. Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in an account coordination, sales support, or wholesale operations role
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills with a comfort working with numbers and sales data

Responsibilities

  • Support the full wholesale order cycle, from PO to invoicing, delivery, and after-sales service
  • Act as the first point of contact for wholesale and corporate partners with timely, accurate support
  • Maintain accurate records across systems, including orders, pricing, inventory, and contacts
  • Prepare sales materials such as lookbooks, line sheets, order forms, and reports
  • Organise and present sales data, performance metrics, and account summaries
  • Coordinate onboarding and account setup for new wholesale and corporate partners
  • Collaborate with ops, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth partner experiences
  • Assist with trade show prep, follow-ups, and general wholesale coordination
  • Identify and support improvements in operational processes and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with inventory systems, order management platforms, or CRM tools is a plus
  • Experience in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands preferred but not essential
  • A proactive, positive team player who is eager to learn, contribute, and excited to join a fast-growing function
