Summary

The job involves analyzing functional business requirements, identifying and fixing problems within existing systems, enhancing existing systems, and participating in the design of next-generation IT systems. The candidate should have experience in system engineering in areas such as telecommunications concepts, computer languages, operating systems, database/DBMS, and middleware. A minimum education of an Associate Degree and 2 years of experience is required.

Requirements

• Understands the needs of the customers and the realities of commercially available IT products
• Possesses experience in system engineering in one or more areas including telecommunications concepts, computer languages, operating systems, database/DBMS, and middleware
• Minimum Education: Associate Degree
• Minimum Experience: 2 years
• Clearance Requirement: US citizens with the ability to obtain a clearance

Responsibilities

• Analyzes functional business requirements and design specifications for functional activities
• Provides identification/fixing for the problems within existing systems design/implementation of new systems
• Enhances the existing systems and participates in analysis, design, and new construction of next generation IT systems
