• At least 5 years' experience with Workday configuration (certification is an advantage)
• Implemented Workday for 3+ projects
• Attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture, pragmatic problem solver
• Excellent planning, interpersonal and time management skills with a track record of following through on dedications
• Fluent in English (writing, reading, and speaking)

Preferred Qualifications

• College or University Degree in HR or Information Systems
• Workday Certification would be ideal
• Human Resource work experience
• Customer Service work experience
• Software Design Courses
