Working Student, Content Operations

Summary

Join cargo.one, a leading digital platform for air freight bookings, as a Working Student and contribute to a fast-growing tech company. You will drive projects across various business areas, from partnerships to data and project management. This role offers ownership of tasks from day one and the opportunity to learn from the ground up. Successful Working Students may transition to a full-time position. Remote work is possible from anywhere in Germany, with regular in-person meetings. The role involves data entry, content review, workflow participation, issue resolution, and process improvement documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and efficient data entry to maintain and update content databases
• Review content submissions to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with company guidelines
• Participate in the approval workflow, ensuring smooth processing of submitted content
• Identify, raise, and help resolve data issues by collaborating with internal teams
• Support content management and optimization efforts as needed
• Assist in documenting workflows and process improvements to enhance efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
• Previous internship or working student experience in partnerships, business operations, or a similar field
• Interest in SaaS, B2B partnerships, or startup ecosystems
