Summary

Join our marketing team as a Working Student and support daily operations, campaign execution, and scaling marketing activities across various channels. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, working with teams like Content Marketing, Social Media, Graphic Design, Internal Communication, or Strategy & Operations. Depending on your skills and interests, you will contribute to content creation, campaign planning, market research, performance analysis, and stakeholder communication. The position requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for marketing. Successful candidates will be enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's program and possess proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other languages welcome (Bulgarian, German)
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently when needed
  • Passionate about marketing, digital trends, and creative problem-solving

Responsibilities

  • Assist with content creation for email, social media, website and internal communications
  • Support campaign planning and execution, including scheduling and asset coordination
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors and market opportunities
  • Help with performance tracking and analysis through data collection and reporting
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing tasks
  • Maintain and update marketing assets and content libraries
  • Contribute ideas and improvements to marketing processes and user engagement strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a working student or intern in marketing or related areas
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, social media tools, or basic SEO concepts
  • Experience using analytics or marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Canva)
  • Graphic design, video editing, or copywriting skills are a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides)
  • Comfortable working with social media platforms and email tools
  • Ability to work with spreadsheets
  • Interest in learning marketing automation and analytics tools
