Requirements

  • Enrolled student in a degree program preferably with a focus on Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong desire to take initiative, have a passion for learning and growth, and enjoy taking on responsibility
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities, along with excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with teams and management of tasks
  • Proficient MS Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel) and business fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Support our team in international projects, such as developing and implementing learning and growth initiatives, enhancing the overall learning experience, and fostering professional growth
  • Collaborate with our various internal stakeholders and teams to drive cross-functional and strategic topics around people experience
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging training materials that support various learning and growth initiatives
  • Create presentations for management as well as reliably prepare for and follow up on internal events and meetings
  • Develop new initiatives, strategies, and solutions to strengthen employee satisfaction and retention

We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) People Experience to support our initiatives around building a world-class experience from onboarding throughout various learning and growth initiatives and the employee’s journey at Mendix. As a fast-growing organization within the Siemens group the way we work together is continually evolving. Our success starts with people, and your mission is to make their experience an exceptional one.

You will be joining the People Experience team, an experienced global team, that works in a collaborative environment driven by the success of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • You will support our team in international projects, such as developing and implementing learning and growth initiatives, enhancing the overall learning experience, and fostering professional growth.
  • That also includes collaboration with our various internal stakeholders and teams to drive cross-functional and strategic topics around people experience.
  • You will contribute to the creation of engaging training materials that support various learning and growth initiatives.
  • You will create presentations for management as well as reliably prepare for and follow up on internal events and meetings.
  • With enough room for new ideas, you will also be involved in developing new initiatives, strategies and solutions to strengthen employee satisfaction and retention.

The innovator we need:

  • You are an enrolled student in a degree program preferably with a focus on Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • You possess a strong desire to take initiative, have a passion for learning and growth, and enjoy taking on responsibility.
  • You demonstrate strong organizational and coordination abilities, along with excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with teams and management of tasks.
  • Ideally, you already have initial experience with image editing software and web-based learning platforms.
  • You have proficient MS Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel) and are business fluent in English (written and spoken).

What else do you need to know?

  • Timeframe: starting immediately, ideally for a longer term
  • Working hours: 20 hours per week
