Requirements

  • A solution-oriented bachelor or master's degree student in a relevant domain like Computer Science, Marketing, Legal, Finance etc
  • Flexible and adaptable to keep pace with an ever-changing environment
  • Excellent at verbal and written communication โ€“ both English and German or French

Responsibilities

  • Learn, end to end, about Bitpandaโ€™s products, services and business domain
  • Provide world-class service to Bitpandaโ€™s customers, handling customer requests promptly and professionally via email and live chat
  • Dive deep into user feedback to identify key product and feature requests and liaise internally with teams to provide insights and drive solutions alongside your mentor
  • Continuously strive to identify opportunities to improve how Bitpanda can excel at supporting its customers
