Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university program (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for getting to know people and their motivations
  • High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, and experience with ATS or HR software is a plus
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a big plus

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social networks, and direct outreach, to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (Recruitee), ensuring accurate and organized candidate data
  • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions and creating the highly automated recruitment workflow
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assist in interview evaluations
  • Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth start for new hires
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving employer branding and candidate experience
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional recruitment experience

As part of the People & Culture team, you will work closely with our People Team and hiring managers across departments to support end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent strategy, while contributing to our organizational success and our sustainable mission.

Our People Team will work closely with you to give you guidance, training and support in your role.

Key Responsibilities:
