Summary

Join Adaptiq as a Front-End Architect to lead the technical vision and development of Elementor's groundbreaking drag-and-drop website builder. You will design innovative frontend solutions, establish coding standards, and mentor a team of developers. This role requires a deep understanding of Core Web Vitals and performance optimization, along with experience architecting large-scale web applications. You will collaborate with designers and stakeholders to ensure a responsive and accessible user experience. The position offers a fully remote work model and a competitive compensation package.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of frontend development experience
  • Advanced knowledge of TypeScript and React ecosystem
  • Deep understanding of Core Web Vitals and performance optimization techniques
  • Proven track record of architecting large-scale web applications
  • Experience with modern build tools and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Experience with state management solutions (Redux, MobX, or similar)
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and their technical implementation

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement cutting-edge frontend architecture using TypeScript and React within Elementor's drag-and-drop builder framework
  • Architect innovative builder features that preserve and elevate Elementor's intuitive user experience
  • Lead Core Web Vitals optimization initiatives for Elementor-built pages and the builder interface
  • Define robust coding standards and architectural patterns for high-performance drag-and-drop components
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for Elementor's frontend systems and processes
  • Cultivate development excellence by mentoring junior developers, conducting rigorous code reviews, and championing a testing-driven culture
  • Bridge design and development by collaborating closely with UX/UI designers to create responsive, accessible components
  • Lead technical decision-making for builder enhancements and new features
  • Maximize performance optimization , focusing on editor responsiveness and generated page performance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with Elementor or similar page builders
  • Knowledge of WordPress Gutenberg block development
  • Understanding of containerization and deployment strategies
  • Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to balance technical debt with business priorities
  • Strong documentation and technical writing skills
