Summary

Devoted Studios is hiring an experienced Art Director to manage the Art team, review projects for quality and tech consistency, vet and manage vendors, and provide feedback to art teams. The Art Director will also create guidelines, resolve workflow problems, inspire and mentor other artists, and maintain accurate documentations. Goals include building strong production teams, illuminating inefficiencies, and maintaining high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Managing the Art team
• Reviewing projects from quality and tech consistency and providing feedback
• Vetting and managing vendors
• Direct communication with the art teams, clients and partners
• Creating guidelines and technical requirements, pitch guidelines/presentation to the clients
• Resolving workflow problems for production projects
• Inspiring, motivating, and mentoring other artists in best practices, processes, and procedures pertaining to production
• Ensuring that all assets created by the art team and outsource studios conform to the style and technical guidelines
• Estimation of Pre-production requests
• Evaluating art content and performing final polishing if required
• Maintaining accurate documentations for the production methodologies and techniques
• Participating in onboarding process and project setup
• Trains, assigns, schedules, and coaches internal team
• Timely Time Tracking
