Requirements

• Hands-on 3D Generalist with extensive experience in art direction within the mobile gaming industry
• Proven track record of successful projects and expertise in setting up the art direction for Live Games (at least 3 years of experience)
• Mastery of Photoshop, Unity, and Blender (or equivalent 3D software), with a deep understanding of their application in game development
• Strong technical acumen to optimize assets and workflows for mobile platforms, ensuring efficiency and high performance
• Solid artistic foundations with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering visually stunning games

Responsibilities

• Define the creative vision and direction of a live game
• Lead the design and development of game assets, including characters, environments, and user interface elements
• Drive the enhancement of the game with striking visual effects (VFX) and fluid animations
• Coordinate closely with development teams to integrate artistic elements in Unity, addressing technical challenges through innovative solutions
• Guide the use of 2D and 3D techniques to elevate game visuals
