Requirements
- Strong understanding of Disney-inspired or similar stylized aesthetics, including shape language, composition, and color theory
- Expertise in both hard-surface and organic modeling techniques
- Proficiency in tools such as Maya, Blender, 3DS Max, ZBrush, and texture/material authoring software like Substance Painter, Designer, and Photoshop
- Solid knowledge of PBR workflows and material creation
- Familiarity with integrating assets into game engines (Unity experience preferred)
- Ability to adapt to established art styles and maintain consistency across assets
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
Responsibilities
- Design and model stylized 3D props and environmental assets (furniture, decorative items, tools, and magical artifacts) using advanced techniques for hard-surface and organic modeling
- Collaborate with Concept Artists and Art Directors to ensure assets align with the game's visual style and Disneyβs iconic aesthetic
- Implement assets into the Unity game engine, ensuring optimization and technical quality for real-time performance
- Troubleshoot asset-related issues, responding to feedback to meet both technical and creative standards
- Assist in refining and documenting art pipelines and workflows for consistency and efficiency
- Stay up to date with industry trends and techniques to bring innovation to the asset creation process

- Experience with Unity integration and troubleshooting asset performance
- Passion for stylized art and the ability to push creative boundaries while staying true to established visual direction
- Interest or experience with Disney-inspired themes or fantasy settings
