3D Modeler

Summary

Join Boldr, a global B-Corp, as a 3D Modeler with an architectural background. You will be responsible for delivering clean Revit and/or Sketchup models for our 3D Artists. This involves modeling architectural massing and site hardscape/topography based on client-provided CAD/drawings, optimizing client models, and conforming to modeling standards. Ideal candidates possess extensive Sketchup experience and an architectural degree. A background in 3D art with 3dsMax and Corona Renderer is preferred. Requirements

• Possess a solid portfolio of work
• Have extensive experience with Sketchup
• Have experience with the Adobe Acrobat Suite (Photoshop/Indesign)
• Have a Minimum BS degree in Architecture, optimal Masters in Architecture

Responsibilities

• Deliver clean Revit and/or Sketchup models for our 3D Artists
• Model architectural massing in Sketchup based off client provided CAD/Drawings
• Model site hardscape and topography in Sketchup based on client provided CAD/drawings
• Optimize client supplied Models
• Conform to our Modeling Standards
• Provide the team with clean import files
• Refine client provided Sketchup models based off inspiration images or sketches
• Organize and understand client supplied drawings

Preferred Qualifications

• Have a background as a 3D Artist with familiarity with 3dsMax and Corona Renderer
• Have exposure to 3DSMax, Corona, Unreal Engine or Revit
