Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Leadership and/or management training or demonstrable experience of leading complex educational programmes for a minimum of 3 years

Responsibilities
- Lead the wider Program team ensuring that people managers are leading their teams consistently, effectively, and compassionately
- Measure and track peopleβs contribution to the company objectives and develop their potential
- Encourage adherence to diversity, inclusion and belonging in everything we do
- Create an environment that attracts, maintains and develops people in whatever role they do
- Recruit the highest calibre of people ensuring adherence to safeguarding and hiring compliance in collaboration with central teams
- Ensure the Program is run as efficiently as possible within agreed budgets
- Collaborate with central teams to ensure that the management information data for costs is both accurate and timely
- Create an environment where all staff are treated with respect and dignity and that they treat students in the same manner
- Ensure teaching is effective and efficient. Observations are conducted to ensure the quality of learning, teaching and assessment in accordance with the strategy and guidance
- Maintain an environment where all staff have an opportunity to contribute to the success of the Program and have opportunities for development
- Maintain excellent standards for safeguarding
- Act as a Designated Safeguarding Lead
- Ensure that pastoral care standards are excellent
- Ensure student attendance and engagement with their studies is high and if not, robust procedures are in place to rectify
- Ensure full compliance with external bodies or Program partner requirements
- Maintain the highest standards of student induction, timetabling, learning and teaching, within costs and on budget
- Effectively develop curriculum and conduct fair assessments
- Implement suitable monitoring and reporting for different stakeholder audiences
- Implement approaches to capture student voice on the Program and manage feedback and complaints
- Ensure effective learning practice and use of technology
- Ensure full compliance with any external body or partner requirements
- Ensure relevant records are accurate and up to date
- Ensure full compliance with external bodies and partner
- Report data and management information where appropriate and required
- Ensure effective communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Leading in an academic environment
- Developing annual budgets and managing finances against an agreed budget
- Planning and running complex education courses and programmes
- Stakeholder management and engagement in complex environments
- Involvement in Key Project(s)
- University Application processes and advice
- The International Student environment
- Teaching in UK secondary, further education or pathway sector and/or teaching international students
- Leading and facilitating change
- Leading and/or working in digitally enabled environments
