Join Vibrent Health's growth team as a Business Development Representative (BDR)! You will penetrate new and existing markets, generate leads, and drive booked meetings to grow qualified pipeline and revenue in North America. You will identify researcher needs, understand their programs, and demonstrate how Vibrent's tools and services provide solutions. Requirements
- MPH or other degree in a related Health Research discipline (such as epidemiology, biostatistics, genomics, etc.)
- Experience developing and maintaining business or academic relationships with multiple cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience cold calling, building rapport with researchers, and qualifying leads for the sales team
- Experience using digital tools (Excel, Tableau, CRMs) to monitor progress and document work
- Experience overcoming objections using data
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed targets; strive to overachieve
- Become knowledgeable about Vibrent’s digital health research platform and its impact on health research programs
- Engage in daily activities such as cold calling, setting up and attending meetings and demonstrations, maintaining call and outreach activity, and tracking activities in the CRM to meet KPIs
- Communicate fluently and confidently with Vibrent Health stakeholders and prospects, tailoring messages appropriately
- Contribute creative problem-solving ideas for introducing Vibrent’s value proposition and partner with the Marketing team to maximize engagement and customer commitment
- Demonstrate high integrity, professionalism, and accountability in daily work to meet growth goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in business development and/or results-oriented sales or growth environment calling into the pharmaceutical industry or the research teams at academic medical centers
- Proven success in B2B sales at a fast-growing healthcare technology/SaaS company, working closely with marketing and product teams
- Successful track record making 40-50 calls/day including lead generation, scheduling meetings/ demos, follow up for user feedback or similar with the objective of building relationships with our targeted client base
