Summary
Join OMG, Australia's largest independent digital marketing agency, as our Access and Onboarding Manager in South Africa. You will be the primary point of contact for new clients, responsible for onboarding them efficiently and ensuring their accounts are optimally configured across various platforms. This role requires strong communication, client management, and technical skills. You will work closely with the Account Management team, providing weekly reports and managing quarterly client feedback. The position offers remote work and ongoing career development opportunities within a supportive and inclusive environment. Working hours will be aligned with Australian Eastern Standard Time.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs Degree related to Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or Business
- Experience working within an agency environment
- Customer Service / Account Management experience
- Google Suite experience
- High-level written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to follow process and procedure while actively looking to improve both
- Excellent client management skills
Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients quickly and efficiently, ensuring their accounts on various platforms are optimally configured
- Act as the first point of contact for new clients, setting the gold standard of onboarding communication
- Help new clients grant all applicable accesses to their accounts (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, Google Search Console, Google My Business) within 48 hours of a deal being signed
- Handle client meetings (screenshare); deal with platform support (e.g., Facebook Support, Google Ads Support) as required; and manage client communications around on-site properties and accounts
- Update internal database with account IDs and onboarding completion statuses as access is granted
- Ensure client accounts, cross-platform, are configured correctly and at or above standard, using checklists for each platform to optimize setup and increase performance
- Provide weekly reports on client onboarding status and progress
- Manage quarterly client feedback communications
