Join Deel as a Client Onboarding Manager and become the face of the company for clients, both internally and externally. You will be responsible for onboarding clients, establishing lasting relationships, and serving as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues. You will manage the onboarding process through effective project management, ensuring timely completion. Requirements
- Have a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in an onboarding/ integration manager role and really understand how to launch and manage complex onboarding journeys
- Experience in managing a complex B2B SaaS product and quickly ramping up to becoming a product expert
- Creative approach to problem-solving and embrace the challenge with the tools at your disposal
- Excellent communicator with great written and presentation skills
- A relationship builder who remains calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism and celebrates partnersโ successes with them
- Demonstrate understanding of project management principles and ability to lead projects to completion successfully
- A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality. You enjoy fast-paced environments, arenโt deterred by setbacks or pivots, and thrive in roles requiring a very high degree of responsibility
- Have a solid track record of achievement - e.g., had success in a top-tier company, delivered quantifiable business impact, quickly assumed responsibilities, or won competitive awards
- Have a strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
- Are curious by nature and interested in making an impact
Responsibilities
- Onboard clients and set them up for durable relationships with Deel to enable long-term success
- Serve as our clientโs trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance during the onboarding phase on operational and product-related issues
- Be an internal advocate for clients with Deel by championing new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each clientโs business with Deel
- Facilitate on-time onboarding through project management of all stakeholders involved
