Account Associate

Summary

Requirements

• Account management and/or business development experience
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Google suite and Slack
• Attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture

Responsibilities

• Support team reporting, product classification, and payment requests using Excel and JIRA
• Create product approval submissions and samples
• Create text for social media posts using generative AI tools
• Communicate with partners on payments, product images and details
• Perform other duties as requested
