Requirements

  • Be a highly motivated, curious, and results-oriented individual with a passion for driving growth
  • Be willing to travel frequently across the North & South region
  • Have 5+ years of experience in field marketing and Demand Generation, with a focus on ABM strategies and pipeline generation
  • Have experience marketing to an engineering audience or working within the devtools or cloud computing industry
  • Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement full-stack Account-Based Marketing programs tailored to engage and convert target accounts
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise & Mid Market Sales Team to align strategies and achieve pipeline goals
  • Develop and execute funnel acceleration tactics based on data insights to expedite the buyer’s journey and drive conversion rates
  • Plan and execute a variety of events, including hosted, sponsored, and partner co-marketing events
  • Coordinate logistics, content, and promotional activities to ensure successful execution and lead generation
  • Utilise data analysis and reporting to inform marketing strategies, measure performance, and adjust tactics to optimise results
  • Work closely with sales, product, and other marketing teams to ensure alignment of strategies and messaging across all channels
  • Participate in events and meetings across the North & South region, with a significant amount of travel involved to support field marketing activities
