Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B paid ads with at least 2 years of experience focused on account-based marketing (ABM) paid ads/demand gen
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Hubspot, and ABM technologies (Demandbase a huge plus)
  • Experience working on Lifecycle paid ads execution and how they differentiate from new business paid strategies
  • You have run marketing programs globally and experience working with different markets and localization
  • Proactive self-starter with high autonomy and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • You are data-driven and comfortable with setting up dashboards and using the latest analytics tools to track the performance of your initiatives
  • You are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows
  • You are self-motivated and adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English

Responsibilities

  • Own Deel’s account based marketing (ABM) and lifecycle paid marketing strategy, implementation and execution, globally
  • Develop and execute paid marketing campaigns focused on key accounts (1:1, 1:few, 1:many, and customers) to generate performance and drive awareness and engagement, supporting the sales pipeline
  • Work closely with our ABM vendor, Enterprise PMMs and Sales leads, Regional Marketing Managers, Marketing Ops, Sales and Data Analytics teams to align with the overall strategy to synchronize targeted account lists, motions and messaging across demand gen
  • Initiate, manage and collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to generate the most effective campaigns and assets across all marketing channels as well as educate the wider teams on ABM & Lifecycle paid motions, performance and execution
  • Work with other Paid Ads Managers and ad account vendors to cross-knowledge share and ensure we are maintaining best practices across all campaigns
  • Define and analyze KPIs, enhance campaign effectiveness, and ensure alignment with sales and lifecycle objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Worked with ABM/Lifecycle Marketing programs in-house for an HR or FinTech B2B SAAS company, for multiple markets/regions
  • You have worked at a very fast-growing startup/scale up
  • You have previously successfully worked in a remote & distributed team
  • You are fluent in other languages besides English
