Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
• 1-2 years of customer relations experience, preferably in a technical, healthcare, pharmacy, or service-focused industry
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and collaborate effectively across teams
• A talent for researching client inquiries thoroughly and providing accurate, timely responses
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Independently interact with clients via phone and email to understand their needs, answer questions, and resolve issues related to account processing
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure timely, accurate delivery of client requests
• Prioritize client requests and manage expectations based on internal tracking, turn-around times, and reporting guidelines
• Assist in the preparation of meeting materials for Account Managers and document both internal and client standard operating procedures
• Support the Account Management team by taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
