Account Director

Summary

The Account Director is responsible for overseeing accounts, developing new business, maintaining current business, and expanding business by understanding client needs at Endpoint, an interactive response technology systems provider. The ideal candidate should have fluency in French, be based in either the UK or EMEA, and have 5-7 years of experience in a software Project Management role.

Responsibilities

Oversee accounts, develop new business, maintain current business, and expand business by understanding client needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Prior experience delivering voice (IVR) web (IWR) and mobile (IMR) platforms
• Proven leadership ability, especially in a regulated industry

• Coordinate and run the regular agreed-upon client operational management meetings to maintain and strengthen customer relationships
• Work effectively with the Business Development team to review key account sales plans, build rapport with sales representatives, respond effectively to RFPs, Contracts, and Change Orders and create an environment conducive to long-term growth and relationships
• Present account health and initiatives quarterly to management on past quarter performance and upcoming quarterly plans with dates and measurable action items
