You must be a confident communicator, deeply analytical, and proficient in utilizing AI tools. Requirements
- Agency veteran : 5–7+ years in a digital agency, leading client accounts across paid media
- Paid media fluency : You’ve managed campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, and other major platforms
- Platform savvy : In-platform experience with GA, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and dashboards is second nature
- Financial command : Comfortable owning budgets, forecasts, and client-level profitability
- Strategic chops : Proven success driving performance in B2B, Financial Services, or similar verticals
- Presentation-ready : A confident communicator—written, visual, and verbal
- Deeply Analytical: You live in the numbers and make decisions that move the needle
- AI-native : You don’t just dabble—you apply AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Perplexity to work smarter and faster
- Detail-obsessed : You never let the small stuff slide and can juggle complex, high-volume accounts without blinking
Responsibilities
- Own Strategy : Translate client business goals into performance marketing plans that win
- Manage the Work : Set the pace, run agile standups, and keep teams aligned and accountable
- Lead the Relationship : Be the voice clients count on for clear guidance and smart recommendations
- Think in Numbers : Analyze performance data, ask the right questions, and bring strategic insights
- Talk on Your Feet : Whether it’s presenting to a C-suite or fielding an unexpected question, you’re ready
- Drive Growth : Spot new opportunities, pitch great ideas, and get buy-in to execute
- Mentor & Manage : Be the lead on clients and coordinate resources for those clients
- Master the Details : Keep budgets, invoicing, forecasting, and documentation sharp and accurate
