  • Strong sales and account management experience
  • Success in leading in-person meetings with senior executives
  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand how our clients develop relationships for influence and business development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Superior time management and organizational skills to handle a large number of client relationships
  • A team player mindset, willing to contribute and support both clients and the company wherever necessary
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can actively contribute to the development and implementation of new processes

Responsibilities

  • Grow assigned vertical and support existing clients by building relationships with end users and top decision-makers
  • Engage with executive leaders to discuss business-relevant solutions and effectively communicate the product benefits and advantages relative to competitor offerings
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans in collaboration with client success team members
  • Become a subject matter expert in the prospect's industry through research, consult with clients to understand their relationship development strategies, and identify areas where Leadership Connect can help
  • Provide appropriate solutions for every customer, highlighting Leadership Connect's ability to add speed, efficiency, and accuracy to their work, ultimately boosting revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability
