Requirements
- Results-driven and competitive, with a track record of actively seeking out and engaging customers, achieving renewals, cross-sells, upsells, and exceeding quotas
- Strong sales and account management experience
- Success in leading in-person meetings with senior executives
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand how our clients develop relationships for influence and business development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Superior time management and organizational skills to handle a large number of client relationships
- A team player mindset, willing to contribute and support both clients and the company wherever necessary
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can actively contribute to the development and implementation of new processes
Responsibilities
- Grow assigned vertical and support existing clients by building relationships with end users and top decision-makers
- Engage with executive leaders to discuss business-relevant solutions and effectively communicate the product benefits and advantages relative to competitor offerings
- Develop and execute strategic account plans in collaboration with client success team members
- Become a subject matter expert in the prospect's industry through research, consult with clients to understand their relationship development strategies, and identify areas where Leadership Connect can help
- Provide appropriate solutions for every customer, highlighting Leadership Connect's ability to add speed, efficiency, and accuracy to their work, ultimately boosting revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability
